Thank you for shopping with HexCraft. Each item is made to order and manufactured on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Because our products are custom printed, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't perform as promised.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once verified, we'll work with our fulfilment partner Printful to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Change of Mind Because our products are custom made to your order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or colour selected
- Accidental order errors

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
