Shipping policy
At HexCraft, all products are custom printed to order and fulfilled by our manufacturing partner, Printful. Orders are printed, quality checked and dispatched directly from Printful's facilities — this is why your package may arrive without HexCraft branding. Please read the following carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.
Production Time Every order is individually printed and quality checked before dispatch. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, customs processing, or peak periods.
Total Delivery Time Your total wait time = production time + shipping time. For example, an Australian order may take up to 14 business days from purchase to arrival.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. HexCraft is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
